Managing a variety of doctor appointments can become a daunting task for some senior households. Home Remedy Concierge would love to help! We set up a calendar in the home of all upcoming appointments – as well as ensure transportation is available to and from the visits. If there aren’t any local family members available we can even attend the appointments to make sure all the necessary information is relayed to both the doctor and the patient.

Sometimes as people get older the number of prescriptions increases exponentially! As the list of daily medications expands the importance of taking them as prescribed intensifies. Home Remedy Concierge caretakers are here to keep the medications organized and ensure they are taken in the prescribed manner. We also track refills and can pick them up to guarantee our clients are never without.

No matter what type of shopping your family prefers, Home Remedy concierge can assist. Placing orders online, picking them up and putting them away can help the family rest assured there is always nutritional and fresh food in the home. Sometimes it is more enjoyable for the clients to shop with us, in that case we will be happy to join our seniors as they pick out their favorite treats.

If meal preparation is important to you, that is one of the top traits we look for in matched caregivers. Any necessary dietary restrictions can be followed. Home cooked meals are one important way we keep seniors not only independent but well fed!

Our Home Remedy Concierge staff is here to help with any technology questions you might have. We can help navigate social media apps, assist with email correspondence, or find entertainment with tv streaming or downloading books.

We can manage small home repairs, and also notice and suggest any maintenance needs your home might require. If the need for a larger repair arises we can help get quotes or reach out to any of the local businesses we have worked with before. The most important thing is we are here to assist YOU and nothing will be done without your approval.

It can be an activity that enlivens spirits and makes one’s home inviting for friends and family. So whether it is hanging your stockings by the chimney with care or hiding Easter eggs for small visitors we would love to help your family decorate for the holidays!

Though it’s not always the first thing people think of when they imagine what sort of help seniors might need, house sitting is extremely important. If you’re out of town, we’ll come to your house to pick up the mail, keep up on any maintenance, and just do a general check-in of your home.
